SERVICES PERFORMED DURING A BASIC OCCUPIED CLEAN
¨ Vacuum all carpeted, vinyl, or tile floors. (RMI is not responsible for vacuum “pulls or runs” to Berber or other woven carpet.)
¨ Wet mop kitchen and bathroom floors, if vinyl, or tile.
¨ Dust mop wood floors. (Will Vacuum and/or Damp mop if requested)
¨ Vacuum seat cushions and under them on upholstered furniture.
¨ Dusting of: Furniture, Lamps, Picture Frames, Windowsills, Blinds, Doors & Frames, Ceiling Fans, Light Fixtures & around Ceilings (where our equipment can
reach), and Baseboards where there is no furniture next to walls.
NOTE: We dust around cluttered areas such as books, ‘collectibles’, large frame collages, etc. and we do not clean inside china hutches.
¨ Clean Mirrors, TV Screens, and Glass-top tables. NOTE: We do not clean big-screens, plasmas, or computer equipment /monitors unless specifically requested.
¨ Clean one set of Sliding Patio Doors or ‘Non-Paned’ French Doors and/or two Glass Storm Doors.
¨ Empty wastebaskets and kitchen trash receptacles and replace liners. (Trash is not carried away.) We do not wash inside trash cans or empty compactors.
¨ Make beds and/or change linens in rooms cleaned.
¨ Spot clean around doorknobs and light switches.
¨ Wipe cabinet doors, countertops, and things such as canisters, toasters, etc.
¨ Load dishwasher, if requested, we do not turn appliances on, however.
¨ Wipe down outside surfaces of major appliances and inside microwave.
¨ Clean and sanitize sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.
¨ Sweep pantry and/or laundry/mud room, if requested.
¨ Sweep off small porch, patio or deck, if requested.
