PRICING
Prices quoted are based on estimated time for the job size, number of rooms, and frequency of service. We charge for the time it actually takes on the initial cleaning, then set a price for follow-up service. There is a $75 minimum which covers up to the first 1:15, (for a team of two); which typically covers about 4 or 5 average size rooms.
Price increases/decreases at *$5 per room / $30 per person, per hour. In all instances, hourly rate of $30.00 per person, per hour must be met.
*Some homes may require slightly higher ‘per-room’ fees.
All times & prices quoted are estimated. Minimum and hourly rates must be met.
Prices are effective as of January 2011 and are subject to change without notice.
DISCOUNTS
Discounted rates may apply to seniors or disabled customers for regular service. One-time or call-in service may not apply.
Frequent service may qualify you for a discounted rate also. After a few weeks of ‘weekly’ or ‘twice-a-week’ cleaning if the time required reduces, we will pass the savings on to you! (Also see VIP Rewards)
