¨ We CANNOT provide Exact arrival times. Please note that while we are as prompt as
possible, due to the nature of our business, arrival times are approximate and may change.
¨ We do not clean up pet mess or empty, nor handle, litter boxes.
¨ While we are as careful as possible, we are not responsible for pets getting out as we are
entering or exiting.
¨ We do not empty or clean, diaper pails or “potty chairs”.
¨ We do not clean areas containing human or animal feces or blood.
¨ We do not haul trash away from the home or carry out ‘old’ trash.
¨ We do not lift HEAVY bags of trash, such as those from trash compactors or containing large
amounts of books and/or papers.
¨ We do not move heavy furniture such as sofas, beds, recliners, etc.
¨ We are not responsible for scratches, scrapes, tears or any other damages resulting from
moving furniture, or appliances, at the request of customers.
¨ We are not responsible for breakdowns of, or damages caused by equipment or products
supplied by customers.
¨ We are not responsible for minor scratches that may occur from vacuuming wood floors, as this
is done upon request.
