SERVICES PERFORMED DURING A BASIC VACANT CLEAN:

  
  • Vacuum all carpeted, vinyl, or tile floors. RMI is not responsible for vacuum “pulls/runs” to Berber or other woven carpet.

    ¨     _ Wet mop kitchen and bathroom floors if vinyl or tile.

    ¨      Dust mop wood floors. (Will Vacuum and/or Damp mop if requested)

    ¨      Wipe inside drawers, cabinet and closet shelves, & bookcases.

    ¨      Wipe countertops, cabinet and interior doors, ceiling fans, and all woodwork. (baseboards, windowsills, etc.)

    ¨      Clean appliances with the exception of ovens.

    ¨      Wipe switch plates and around doorknobs.

    ¨      Dust blinds, walls, and around ceilings for cobwebs.

    ¨      Clean glass doors, ‘side-lights’, and mirrors.

    ¨      Clean and sanitize sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.
